Seneca Falls, N.Y. - A 34-year-old is facing charges after he ran over an 11-year-old in Seneca Falls.
Cops say Timothy Abdell was trying to free a car that was stuck last week. He had the boy stand behind the car and try to pull it, while Abdell was behind the wheel trying to drive backward.
Abdell ended up driving over the boy -- who had to be taken to the hospital for a broken leg.
Abdell was taken to booking where he was given an appearance ticket for reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.
