Syracuse Police are identifying the victims from a double homicide Wednesday afternoon in Eastwood.
Officers sent to a Lynwood Avenue residence near Blessed Sacrament Church Wednesday found 21-year-old Luis Sepulveda and 28-year-old Christopher McLauren, both of Syracuse. Both had been shot and were pronounced dead at the scene. Chief Frank Fowler says that it is obvious from what police have seen that the two victims were targeted, but there's no suspect information as yet. Police are looking for anyone with information to contact them via their smartphone app "SPD Tips."
