Griffin, age 29, of Syracuse wanted in connection with shooting death of Rayshonn Hester on June 3rd. Griffin is described as "armed and dangerous," Syrcause authorities are asking for the public's help in finding the fugitive, either by calling them directly or using the tip lines.
