CNY Congressman Against Trump Decision To Separate Families

Central New York Congressman John Katko is speaking out against a controversial policy.  He's asking President Trump's administration to stop separating children from their families at the U.S. border.  In a statement, Katko says while security is important, family unity and the safety of children also needs to be considered.  Under the policy, more than two-thousand kids have been taken from their parents.  Katko is working with fellow Republicans to force a vote on immigration reform this week.
