A woman is under arrest after slamming her car into the back of crime scene van. Onondaga County deputies say 42-year-old Holly Laprade was under the influence of alcohol and texting before Tuesday's crash on South Street in Marcellus. She wasn't hurt and the van was empty. Laprade is due back in court next month.
