Gary Thibodeau's Last Chance Appeal Denied By State Court Of Appeals

A last chance attempt by Gary Thibodeau is denied. Thibodeau was looking for a new trial but four of the seven judges on the highest court in the State, rejected his appeal agreeing instead with a lower court ruling denying the admitting of new evidence.

The 63 year old Thibodeau, is in poor health and it's not clear if he will survive a possible further appeal to federal court.

He is currently serving 25 years to life behind bars for the kidnapping of Heidi Allen, who disappeared in 1994. In '95 Thibodeau was found guilty of kidnapping. He is the only man to be convicted in the disappearance of Allen, a conviction that he has repeatedly appealed.
