Police Say Oswego Man Stabbed Victim Stole Vehicle

Joshua J. Johnston, 26, of Oswego was arrested for Assault, 1st degree, a class B felony; Robbery, 1st degree, a class B felony; Grand Larceny, 3rd degree, a class D felony and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly stabbed the victim in the neck with a knife then stole the victim's vehicle. Mr. Johnston was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond with a return to court at a later date.
