Oswego County Deputies arrested a 37 year old man after he allegedly grabbed the hair of a person while they were holding a child.
Michael Tassie of Oswego grabbed the hair of a person who had an order of protection against him. Tassie was charged with 2 counts of Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor.
Tassie was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail and held without bail and is scheduled to return to court on 6/7/18.
