Syracuse Man In Critical Condition After Early Morning Stabbing

Tuesday morning around 12:30,  Syracuse Police Officers responded to 424 Rich Street in regards to a stabbing. 

When they got there police met with a 50 year old male, who was suffering from stab wounds to his chest and back. The victim was transported to Upstate University Hospital and is currently listed in critical, but stable condition, and is expected to recover from his injury.

Officers determined that there was a dispute between two men prior to the stabbing, and arrested 49 year old Anthony L. Moses, at the scene.  

Moses was charged with Assault in the 1st degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th degree.  Moses was later lodged at the Onondaga County Justice Center.
