Sodus, N.Y. - Alberto Ebavardo Gutierrez-Reyes is due in a Wayne County courtroom Tuesday morning to answer charges he tampered with evidence.
He's admitted that he buried the body of 18-year-old Selena Hidalgo-Calderon on a farm in Sodus. Meantime the search continues for her missing 14-month old son Own. Wayne County Sheriff Barry Virts says they don't expect to find the boy alive but are committed to finding him. An Amber Alert for Owen remains in effect.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement say that Gutierrez-Reyes was deported twice and have formally asked for him to be turned over to their custody.
