Camillus, N.Y. - Two parents in Camillus are going to the Supreme Court today to try to evict their 30-year-old son.
Mark and Christina Rotondo have given their unemployed son Michael numerous notices to leave their house, and offered him money for a place and advice on how to get a job. The couple is going to the State Supreme Court today to try to kick Michael out.
The family had tried to deal with the matter in Camillus Town Court but were told they needed a Supreme Court justice to evict a family member.
