A Saline man has been killed while mowing a lawn.
State Police say 28 year old Shawn Cleary was driving on Buckley Road when he veered off the road and struck 73 year old Thaddeus Florczyk while he was mowing his neighbors lawn.
He was thrown 15 yards from the impact scene his lawn mower was thrown about 30 yards. Cleary also hit a utility pole. Police say Cleary claims he was "working with his glasses" when he left the road.
Florczyk was pronounced dead at the scene. State Police are still investigating and charges are most likely.
