Career Criminal Arrested For April Homicide

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse police have made an arrest in connection with an April homicide.  

Police say they arrested 22-year-old Kalik McMillan trespassing in a home on Fitch Street.  

They charged him with murder and possession of a weapon in connection with last month's killing of 24-year-old Lawrence Moore.  

Police haven't released many details and say the investigation is still very active.

McMillan was arrested last month after he was busted with 207 bags of heroin, 2 grams of cocaine, 7 oxycodone pills, 2 grams of marijuana and various narcotic equipment, during a traffic stop on Syracuse's Westside. 

He was free on bail at the the day Moore was killed.
