Two SU Frat Brothers Take Disciplinary Deal

Syracuse, N.Y. - Two members of expelled fraternity Theta Tau are foregoing disciplinary hearings.

SU chancellor Kent Syverud announced that two of the 18 students accused of being involved in offensive videos accepted punishments they proposed.  The videos depicted students acting out oral sex with a mentally disabled person and making a fake oath to always be racist and anti-Semetic.

Hearings have been grinding along for the other 16-students involved.

Those hearings are entering a third day Friday.
