Syracuse, N.Y. - Surveillance video is being released showing what happened leading up to a teenager being run-over and killed by a drunk Investigator for the Onondaga District Attorney's Office.
Just about one-year-ago, Seth Collier was hit by Peter Rauch outside the Pastime Athletic Club on North Salina Street. Collier later died from that crash.Newly released video shows Rauch having 17-drinks at three different bars along with the immediate aftermath of the crash.
Rauch was sentenced to 2 to 6 years in prison for the drunken hit-and-run crash. A new law working it's way through Albany that would punish drivers that runaway from deadly accidents with a sentence of 5 to 15 years in prison.
