Teachers Could Face Criminal Charges For Marking Dead Autistic Teen Present

Rochester, N.Y. - Three Rochester public school teachers could face criminal charges after the disappearance and death of an autistic teen.  

14-year-old Trevyan Rowe never showed up to class a week ago but the district said three teachers marked him present.

It wasn't known he was missing until nearly ten-hours later and he was found this weekend in the Genesee River.  The teachers have been put on administrative leave.
