Syracuse Woman Admits To Having A Role In Mother's Murder

Corning, N.Y. - A Syracuse woman is pleading guilty to having a hand in her own mother's murder.

20-year-old Karrie Neurauter entered the plea in Steuben County Court. She admitted that she helped her Father, Lloyd, kill her mother, Michele, at inside her mother's home in Corning. She admitted that she helped cover her father's tracks and even helped stage the death to look like a suicide.

Karrie says that her father gave her an ultimatum, that if she didn't help him he was going to kill himself. Lloyd allegedly sought freedom from burdensome child support and alimony payments.

With the deal she will spend 15-years to life in prison. Her father's trial is scheduled to begin in September.
