Syracuse, N.Y. - A 20-year-old has been hunted down in connection to that body that was found on E. Fayette Street a week ago, Sunday.
Police are charging Zaccai Savery with murder in connection to the shooting death of 18-year-old Daquarious Powell. He was found in New York City and arrested yesterday. Savery is being held at the Justice Center.
