Baldwinsville Police Investigating School Threat

Baldwinsville, N.Y. - A Baldwinsville student is being kept off campus while police investigate a threat made against Baker High School.

The student is accused of making the threat two weeks ago, but police were only made aware of it on Saturday.

Baldwinsville School Superintendent Matthew McDonald aid in a phone call to parents that they should encourage their children to speak up. He also said that student safety is their primary concern and assured families that appropriate punishment will be given one the police investigation is complete.

Police say the student agreed to stay off the campus as police investigate. Cops say they don't believe there is a threat to the school. Classes will resume, as normal, today.
