Oneida, N.Y. - Sheriff's Deputies in Madison County are cracking gown on children making school threats.
Deputies are charging the second child this week with making a terroristic threat. A middle schooler at the Oneida City School District is accuses of making a threat to harm others at the school. School officials say that another student had told administrators about the threat.
Earlier this week a Madison Central School District Student as arrested and charged after a threat triggered a lock-out Tuesday.
