Syracuse, N.Y. - Central New York is under a winter storm watch today.
Forecasters are calling for six to ten inches of snow and ice by early tomorrow morning. The evening commute is expected to be rough with snow falling at a rate of up to one inch an hour. The snow is expected to begin falling about 7 a.m. but will begin in earnest in late morning.
The Syracuse area could also be in for some lake effect snow tomorrow.
