Man Pleads Not Guilty In Deadly Memorial Day Weekend Crash

Syracuse, N.Y. - The man accused of leaving a child for dead after a Memorial Day weekend crash is pleading not guilty:

Felix Santos was indicted on manslaughter, leaving the scene of a deadly crash, and other charges.  Syracuse Police say that Santos hit three people on Shonnard Street killing 2-year-old Jameshia Stanford and seriously hurting her father and infant brother.

Santos was arrested over the summer in North Carolina. He's being held on a quarter million dollar bail at the Justice Center.
