Dentist Admits To Driving Drunk And Hitting Teen

Syracuse, N.Y. - A dentist is going to be behind bars for a few months for driving drunk and hitting a teen near Destiny USA.

James Draveck pleaded guilty to first-degree aggravated assault. He admitted to hitting 15-year-old Anthony LaPorte on Bear Street last February. LaPorte suffered a broken and causing deep cuts to his head.

Police say that Draveck got drunk at his office before hitting the teen.

He is expected to be sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
