Baldwinsville Teen Busted For Child Sex Abuse By State/Federal Task Force

A Baldwinsville teen is facing felony child sex abuse charges.

State police charge 18-year-old Richard Curtis with felony Criminal Sexual Act for having sexual contact with a child under the age of 11 in 2016.  Curtis has been the subject of a joint investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, made up of state and federal law enforcement.  Curtis was also charged in November with possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting the sexual performance of a child.  He's being held at the Justice Center on five thousand dollars cash bail or a 10 thousand dollar bond.
