State Police Arrest Brothers For Multiple ATV Thefts


Three brothers are accused of stealing a number of ATV's across Oneida County.

State police say Timothy Fancher, Alvin Fancher, and Ernest Fancher were charged after reports of several ATV's taken in the county. The brothers were all charged with criminal possession of stolen property occurring in the town of Floyd.  Alvin Fancher was also charged with a burglary October 13 in the town of Western, and Timothy Fancher faces a stolen property charge in the town of New Hartford. Troopers say they have recovered five of the stolen vehicles, which were returned to the original owners.  Brothers Timothy and Alvin are being held without bail, while Ernest is in custody on 5 thousand dollars bail.
