A town of Salina karate instructor is accused of sexual contact wtih two children.
Onondaga County sheriff's detectives arrested Douglas Reynolds of Mattydale Thursday on charges of criminal sex act, rape, and endangering the welfare of a child. Detectives say Reynolds engaged both in sexual contact and intercourse with two children under the age of 17. Deputies also say Reynolds is a karate instructor who may have worked in the Central New York area. Reynolds is in custody on 10 thousand dollars bail.
