Tully, N.Y. - Onondaga Sheriff's Deputies are charging one of their own with leaving the scene of an accident.
Deputy Kevin Drumm is accused of sideswiping a car on Elm Street in Tully around 7:00 p.m. and driving off. Deputies did catch-up with Drumm nearby after the 34-year-old had crashed into a mailbox.
Drumm has been suspended without pay as an internal investigation continues.
