Norwich, N.Y. - Two men have been indicted now in connection to the rape and murder of an 11-year-old Southern Tier girl.
A Norwich Grand Jury has indicted Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding on first-degree murder and first-degree rape; and James Brower on for second-degree murder.
Prosecutors say the two men caused Jacelyn O’Connor death while raping her. Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding was visiting James Brower's sons; Jacelyn's half-brothers.
Brower and Rundstrom-Wooding face a maximum of 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
