Syracuse, N.Y. - A 16-year-old was rushed to the hospital after he was shot in the leg on Syracuse's Northside.
Syracuse Police says several residents called to report a shooting on Pond St. between Carbon and 1st North Streets just before 1:00 a.m. Wednesday.
The teen is expected to survive.
