An alleged peeping tom has been arrested in Manlius and the suspect is accused of staring at a young boy in the shower.
The incident occurred at the YMCA in Fayettevile and cops caught up with 40 year old Paul Rolince of Syracuse.
The 13 year old victim who was taking the shower quickly notified Y management and the police were called in. Rolince has been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Police are looking for anyone who may have any further information on the suspect,
