Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Executive Joanie Mahoney reacting to reports that she lost her temper during an incident at the Scotch and Sirloin Restaurant in DeWitt back in December.

Mahoney is accused of grabbing a phone from a political enemy and tossing it across the room after the man took several pictures of Mahoney.

"I walked over to Brian, and I said does your wife know that you hang out in bars and take pictures of women?" Mahoney told our Bob Lonsberry. "Then he just parroted what I said, he said it back. I told him I thought he was a jerk, and he just parroted back what I said. So then I just leaned forward and I flung his phone on the bar."

That's when political enemy Brian Renna called the State Police.

Mahoney said she was just at a breaking point with constant taunting by her political enemies. She says she is being stalked on a constant basis by her political enemies at all hours of the day and night and some even report her whereabouts at any given time of the day.
