A Central Square woman has been charged with some crazy behavior outside a village business.
Oswego County Sheriffs Deputies say 30 year old Jurina Sams was charged with Disorderly Conduct following an incident where she was found cursing and yelling loudly outside a village business. Deputies do not know why she picked the business to target with her tirade.
She was arraigned in village court and will reappear next week.
