We're learning new information today about a man who leaped to his death Tuesday night while in police custody in Syracuse.
He's identified as Jason Jock, a Level 2 sex offender. He was in police custody for a possible violation of parole at Skyline Apartments on James Street when he jumped out an open 11th floor window while in handcuffs. Jock was convicted of sexual assault upon a 13 year old girl back in 2000 and he had served ten years behind bars.
