Jefferson Co. Parents Accused Of Letting Son Miss 46 Days Of School

A North Country couple have been charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child after police says they allowed their young son to miss nearly 50 days of school.

52 year old Dominic Cappucetti and 44 year old Heather Bartlett of Redwood are accused of allowing their nine year old son to miss 46 days of school this year and allowed him to be tardy for 30 days.

Of the 30 tardy, days 26 of them were unexcused. Cappucetti was also wanted by Watertown Police on an arrest warrant for Petit Larceny and was also turned over to police there.
