A potentially dangerous situation has been uncovered by Syracuse Police at the Taste of Syracuse event on Clinton Square over the weekend.
21 year old Bryce Raymond of Cortland was arrested after police caught him with a loaded handgun at the festival, which he did not have a permit for and Raymond was also busted for possessing crack cocaine.
Police say an observant citizens spotted Raymond with a handgun tucked into his waistband and Raymond was arrested nearby on South Franklin Street.
