A New Hartford man has been arrested after holding a woman against her will.27 year old Johnathan Ruggiero was involved in an argument with the woman on Shepard Avenue when the victim says she was choked by Ruggiero and then held her against her will.
He's also accused of damaging her car and taking her cell phone so she couldn't call for help.Ruggiero has been charged with Harassment, Criminal Mischief and Unlawful Imprisonment and he's being held without bail.
