A GoFundMe page has been set up for an Otsego County murder victim to help cover his funeral expenses. 63 year old Arthur Bellinger was found murdered on Friday and another man was found assaulted.
The person who called 911 to report the crime was the accused killer himself, 59 year old Perry Webb of New Lisbon. He's been charged with murder and assault. Police have not said how Bellinger was killed, but his friends in the community say they want Bellinger to have a proper funeral and burial.
