Baldwinsville Drowning Victim Was Drunk At The Time Of His Death

Shocking new developments today in the case of a local man who drowned in the Erie Canal.

Baldwinsville Police say 24 year oild Joshua Boeglin was so drunk when he fell into the water, he was six times the legal limit to drive. Boeglin's blood alcohol content was point 47, which is high enough to cause death. Any BAC above point 31 can become life threatening.

The numbers came in from toxicology tests that took weeks to complete. Baldwinsville police say they don't suspect foul play in Boeglin's death back in March.
