Police in New Hartford have now identified an 8 year old boy who was killed at an Oneida County Mall.
Police say 8 year old Logan Lints was the victim after he was hit by a truck that was backing out of a parking space at Sangertown Square Mall. Lints was rushed to a Utica hospital where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
The driver of the truck has not been issued any tickets, but an investigation continues. A Go Fund Me Page has now been setup for Logan to help the family cover funeral expenses.
