Cayuga County Sheriffs deputies have nabbed a burglary suspect. The breaking occurred Tuesday at an unoccupied home on Grant Avenue in the Town of Sennett after police received a report of a burglary in progress and there was property missing from the home.
Police have now arrested 35 year old Brian Wilkinson of Auburn and have charged with Third Degree Burglary. Police say Wilkinson was riding a black-colored bicycle pulling a cat behind him as he fled the scene. The bicycle and the cart have not been recovered. Wilkinson is being held without bail.
