A Syracuse woman has been charged with stealing more than $300,000 from her employer.
State Police have arrested 46 year old Sherri Ellis on Grand Larceny charges and a charge of Falsifying Business Records. Ellis is accused of stealing 300 thousand dollars from her emplOyer, 3-Extreme Motorsports in Oswego County.
Troopers say she worked as a billing and title clerk there and the theft of the money occurred between July of 2014 and July of 2016.Ellis was arraigned on the charge but was placed on pre-trial release.
