Syracuse police are identifying two officers allegedly hit by a Syracuse man trying to flee a police stop. Police say Peter Dixon had three kids in the car when he hit Officers Ahmad Mims and Nicholas Voggel on Saturday. Police say Dixon tried to flee after the traffic stop turned into a drug investigation. Police say Officer Mims shot the car once but no one was hit.
