A Madison County woman has been arrested after an incident at the Madison Cortland ARC.
23 year old Kimberly Davis of Vernon worked as an aide and she's accused of shoving a person she was caring for to the ground, injuring the victim's head.
The incident occurred last month involving a developmentally disabled person. She's been charged with a felony count of Endangering the Welfare of a Physically Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person.The case was investigated by the NYS Justice Center and Oneida City Police.
