Fulton police have identified a woman whose body was found in the Oswego River and they say her death is suspicious.
Fulton Police say the women had been Identified as 39 year old Amber Neivel Of New Haven and she died under suspicious circumstances. Her body was pulled out of the river over the weekend after someone walking over a bridge in town spotted the body in the water.
Police are asking anyone who may have seen Neivel between Saturday afternoon and Sunday to contact their office at 315-598-4504. Fulton Police say they're trying to determine how the woman died.
