An Auburn woman has been nabbed on identity theft charges.33 year old Patricia Bort is accused of withdrawing funds from an ATM in Fulton from the account of a friend without permission.
State Police say during the course of their investigation, troopers discovered that Bort also used the personal identification of another person to identify herself during a traffic stop last fall while in the City of Syracuse.Bort has now been charged with a felony count of Identity Theft.
