A Pulaski man has been arrested after a physical altercation with a woman, who police say he held prisoner.36 year old Gary Bubis Junior is accused of having an altercation with a 20 year old woman and damaging her personal property and preventing her from leaving her home in Albion.
Bubis has been charged with Unlawful Imprisonment, Criminal Mischief, and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.Bubis though was issued and appareance ticket and he's back out on the street.
