Suspect In Gang Related Shooting Murder In Armory Square Turns Himself In

Syracuse, N.Y. - A man who was a suspect in a brazen killing of a rival gang member last month in Armory Square has surrendered to police.

Prosecutors say that 20 bullet casings were found in the area of the South Clinton Street garage where 25-year-old Ramal Kearse was shot to death.

Officers say the deadly shot was fired by Roy Watson.

Watson turned himself in last night. He faces murder and weapons charges.
