Syracuse Police Make Arrest In City's Recent Homicide

Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in the city's most recent homicide.

Sunday September 3rd, around 2 in the morning Officers responded to the 800 block of Butternut Street, and found 52 year old Nguvu Warren stabbed multiple times.

He died at the scene.

Police have tracked down 50 year old Luther Seay of Syracuse, who was hiding out in Utica and have charged him with Manslaughter and Criminal Possession of a Weapon.

Seay was on parole at the time of the murder
