Syracuse, N.Y. - Syracuse Police have made an arrest in a beating death back in March.
On March 1st, 62 year old John Colucci was found on Greenland Drive suffering from a head wound. He was taken to the hospital.
Colucci remained hospitalized but his condition continued to deteriorate. On June 27th he died as a result of the injury.
Police have arrested 48 year old Timothy Palms of Syracuse and charged him with Manslaughter in the First Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree.
