Syracuse, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Syracuse man for kidnapping.
Troopers say 40 year old Neil Ashley forced a 31 year old man out of his home in Penneville, and into a vehicle.
As they were traveling on County Route 10, the man jumped out of the vehicle and escaped.
The victim was treated for a fractured skull and a foot injury and released from the hospital.
Ashley was transported to Oswego County Jail to await centralized arraignment.
